The SENZIA health and beauty centre is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The centre is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.

One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.

Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.

The pool area and slides we loved. The checkin lady was very nice and accommodating when we asked to move rooms

The staff on arrival were friendly, we upgraded and it was no issue. Its old fashioned inside but fine. The water slides were a brilliant bonus. Location was perfect, 60 second walk to the sea. Pool was amazing!! Activities during the day were good fun. Pool bar is overpriced but still cheaper than Ireland so I won't complain. Bed was super comfy (junior suite, top floor). We went at the end of September 2023
Staff hear what they want when asking questions or for drinks, even though I showed them a Google translation. The closest lift to our room was out of order the 2nd day of our trip, and never fixed. People leave towels on sunbeds and never return. Overpriced food and drinks at the pool bar but we copped on quick enough and went out for lunch
